VI International conference through soft computing and metrologies (SCM’2003) will have place in Sankt-Peterburg on the base Sankt-Peterburg’s state electro-technical University “LETY” by name V.I. Uljanova (Lenina) from 25 to 27 June 2003.

Issues of the conference

1) Vagueness is in dimension and metrologies. Measures and scales.
2) Modelling complex System.
3) Probabilistic methods in treatment of information. Method of Bayes.
4) A slipshod quantity, approximate conclusions and them enclosure.
5) Perspective informational technology and sphere of the programming for complex objects and distributive system in clauses of the vagueness. Active INTERNET-technoligies.
6) Neurocomputer nets, genetic algorithm and them use.
7) New methods in dimensions: intellectual, accurate and soft dimensions.
8) Intellectual measuring systems and apparatuses.
9) Control of complex objects in clauses of the vagueness.
10) Methods and means of the projection an expert system and a system of the supporting of decisions making.
11) Enclosures of the systems of the supporting of decisions making in economics and social sphere.

• on diskette for edition.

• from below – 22 mm,

• right – 20 mm,
• book-cover – 0 mm,
• to upper catchword – 25 mm,
• to lower catchword – 12,5 mm

Format A4 (210x297 mm). Discern catchwords the first page and even and odd pages.
The first line.

Interval between lines should be single!

1. The first line – title of the report - TNR clarendon, 14pt, all are trivial. Paragraph even on the center, without indents, interval to the first line of title and after the last line 12pt.
2. The second line – author of report – TNR usual, 12pt, small are trivial. Paragraph even on the center, without indents and without intervals. Initials are written surname, co-author are shown in comma and without point in the end. If co-authors presentdifferent organizations, then organizations are numbered and number of organization, which this co-author presents, is put after surname without a gap in order upper index.
3. The third line – the name of organization – TNR usual, 12pt. Paragraph even on the center, without indents, interval to first line of the title and after last line of the title 6pt. Organizations of co-authors are numbered and the number of organization is put front its name without indent in order upper index.
4. The annotation is formalized according English, if the report Russian and Russian, if the report English – TNR usual, 10pt. Paragraph even on the width, indents from right and left 8 mm. The first word of Paragraph Abstract (if annotation English) or Аннотация (if annotation Russian). Using other words isn’t permitted! TRN clarendon 10pt. Text of the annotation can’t be more than 10 lines. Key words isn’t demanded to show. The title of a report, author, the name of an organization and an annotation are typed in one column!
5. A text of a report – TNR usual, 12pt. Paragraph even on the width, intend of the first line – 7 mm, an interval between lines is single. Using of a tab or gaps for form an indent of the first line isn’t permitted!
6. A text of a report is typed in two column. Parameters of column – two columns are equal of width – 8,1 sm, an interval between columns 0,8 sm.
7. Quantity of pages shouldn’t been more than 4 with list of literature. Pages aren’t numbered!
8. A report can contain no more 4 figures and 4 tables. Using of the drawing panel Microsoft Word for design of figures in directly document isn’t permitted! Using of drawing inset from a buffer, from file without exile or from inset of object Figure Microsoft Word, in which specific using of Drawing Panel Microsoft Word is possible, is suggested. Inscriptions on a drawing is suggested to do with inset of inscription. The title of a drawing and a table is typed TNR usual 10pt.
9. A literature is form TNR usual 10pt without intends same as list, the title – the word Литература (Russian) or References (English) – using other words isn’t permitted!
is formed TNR clarendon 12pt without intends and even on the center, the interval till and after 6pt.
10. Using the editor of formula Microsoft Equation 2.0/3.0. for design of formulas is advisable.
11. The document on right to publication in free (open) press (one copy) for materials is necessary given.
