Paper Format

1. Margins: upper – 35, lower - 22 mm, left, right – 20 mm.
   Format A4 (210 ` 297mm).
2. The authors are mentioned first (initials, surname) - single line in the centre; font Times New Roman, 12 pt, Italic; then - organization (Times new Roman, 12 pt, Normal ); then - the title (Times new Roman, 14 pt, Bold) in the centre.
   The title should be followed by an abstract - not more than 10 lines (Times new Roman, 10 pt).
   Attention! The authors, organization, title, abstract are printed in single column in the centre.
3. The text of the paper is printed in double column.
4. The paper font: Times new Roman, 12 pt.
5. Page numbers are not printed.
6. The paper can contain not more than 4 figures and 4 tables. The tables are printed in Times New Roman, 10 pt. The table and figures should contain the title.
7. The paper should not exceed 4 pages including references.
8. In the top headline the text should be printed:“SCM-2006 Saint-Petersburg, 27-29 June 2006”-on the first page, names of authors – on even pages, the name of the report – on odd pages, except for the first.
9. The text should be printed on a laser printer with resolution not less than 300 dpi.
10. Materials which do not meet these requirements and submitted after April 30, 2006 will not be accepted.
