The participants are kindly requested to fill in the attached preliminary registration form and send it the Organization Committee of the Conference before April 20, 2008 (by fax or e-mail).

The papers

The texts of the papers should be submitted before May 10, 2008.
The texts of the papers and their short abstracts should be done in Word for Windows editor and are submitted:

• in two copies for reviewing;
• on a diskette or in electronic form for publication.
