Application form and abstract of a report (no more than one page, without pictures, formulas and tables) should be received by March, 30th, 2008. The abstracts are not published.Application form should be presented for every participant.

Programming Committee will examine applications by April, 10th. After receiving message about report inclusion in the program of the conference, you should send us materials of the report for publication (no more than 4 pages)
Publication payment accounts for 390 RUR (includes one copy of materials of the conference). Each additional copy cost accounts for 100 RUR.
