Abstract. The submitted instruction contains the rules of manuscripts preparation for publication in the Symposium EMC'2003 Proceedings and simultaneously is an example of their execution. The Symposium Proceedings will be printed from the author's manuscripts without any proofreading, therefore it is very important to follow strictly the given rules. It is not necessary to divide the text on subsections.

 

Introduction

The publication of the paper in the Symposium Proceedings enables to get acquainted with your new theoretical results and practical achievements by all participants of the Symposium, as well as numerous specialists in different countries through the Internet. Therefore it is very important to present materials containing the statement of the problem, methods of its solution, obtained results and conclusions distinctly and clearly

Manuscripts Format

The manuscript should be formatted Microsoft Word (7,0) font "Times New Roman" (TNR) with a unary line spacing. The maximum length of the manuscript including illustrations, figures and tables is FOUR (4) pages when printed on an A4(21x29.7 cm) sheet. The page margins are given in table 1. Pages are not numbered.
The title, authors and organizations are printed in One-Column format and centred. The basic text is divided into two columns with the width of 8,1 cm and with the distance between them 0,8 cm.

The title should appear in Bold, 14 pt type, in upper case letters. The interval before the first line and after the last line is 12 pt.

Authors initials, surname and country are printed in 12 pt type, in small upper case letters. The names of the co-authors are separated by a comma without a point at the end. If the co-authors represent different organizations, the organizations are numbered by top left indices and after the surname the top index number of the organisation is put.

Affiliation, e-mail: are mentioned in 10 pt type. The interval before the first line and after the last line is 6 pt.

Abstract. The abstract is printed by usual font 10pt, the word “abstract” - in Bold. upper and lower case letters in the centre, left and right indention is 0,8 cm.. The abstract text is limited to 10 lines

Images

The electronic version of your paper should include all images (only black-and-white drawings, tables and photographs) in the body of the document. The images are numbered and can be accompanied by the centred captions or titles.

Formulas

The formulas which are presented by a separate line, should appear in the Microsoft Equation 3.0. The indention of all equations is 0.7 cm. Numbering of all equations which are referred to is made by numbers in parentheses in the extreme right position of the column:

Conclusion

The transfer of your paper on e-mail should be made as the attached files in Microsoft Word with the extension (*.DOC) or Rich Text Format (*.RTF) and Portable Document Format (*.PDF). If possible, please, compress the file using WinZip.

2. The texts of the bibliographic references are numbered by figures without square brackets. and are printed with the indention of the first line of the paragraph.
