In accordance with regulations of the Russian Federation Government foreigners should live in that place where they are registered. As a rule such place is a Hotel.

For the participants who are going to stop at a Hotel, the Invitation for reception of the tourist visa will be made by the Hotel and sent by fax. The cost of such Invitation is included in the Registration Fees.

If you want to receive the official visa via the Internal Affairs Ministry, you should pay extra 30 EURO.

To obtain the official visa via the Internal Affairs Ministry you should send the following data by e-mail about yourself to the Organizing Committee:

- A copy of your passport page, containing the following: photo, number and validity term of the passport
- Number and validity of the passport should be well visible on a copy.
- The complete name and address of your organization, phone, fax and your post-office address
- Itinerary
- Data of arrival/departure

Please send these data by e-mail to discone@mail.wplus.net not later than March 31, 2009

You have to consult the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country whether they accept a fax copy of the Invitation letter. If an original of the Invitation is indispensable it is necessary to let know the Organizing Committee as soon as possible, and we will send the original of the Invitation letter by express mail. Cost of the mailing should be paid at Registration.

Please take into account that to obtain the visa without an additional tax for rapid delivery, the formalities can last about two weeks (consult the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country).

Please inform the Organizing Committee about the date and time of your arrival and departure, as well as about the flight number, by e-mail. In this case we can organize picking up at the airport.
