The 9-th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY AND ELECTROMAGNETIC ECOLOGY (EMC-2011) will be accompany an Exhibition

 

GENERAL RULES FOR THE EXHIBITORS

1.The Exhibition will be located on the premises of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI", 5, Prof. Popov Street, 197002, Saint Petersburg, Russia.

2.The Exhibition Organizer offers the standard booth - 6 m2 (3m*2m) to Exhibitors.

3.Each booth is equipped with an exhibition table (1,8m*0,8m), an office table (0,8m*0,8m), two chairs and power socket (220 V, 50 Hz - Universal Euro Plug-in), and is provided for cleaning and 24 hour security with the limitation of point 14.

4.If you need some additional accessories please contact with an employee of the Symposium Organizing Committee (e-mail: irvc@eltech.ru ) and specify each item.

5.Standard exhibition booth will be at Exhibitor's disposal from the day prior to the opening of the Exhibition, up to the day after its closing (from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

6.For his participation in the Exhibition the Exhibitor should send properly filled out an Exhibitor's Application Form to the EMC'2011 Symposium Organizing Committee (See Appendix # 1) by e-mail irvc@eltech.ru  till May 20, 2011.

7.A payment for the standard stand for four exhibition days (Tuesday, 13 September morning till Friday, 16 September noon) is 1400 ˆ, including one Registration Fee.

This payment should be made till August 1, 2011

9.All customs and transport-forwarding services of the Exhibition will be carried out by PAN-BALTService (Customs and Forwarding Broker of the EMC'2011 Symposium),
which also will deliver cargoes to the Exhibition stand and from it.

10.Date of departure and number of the transport waybill should be communicated to the EMC'2011 Symposium Organizing Committee (e-mail: irvc@eltech.ru) for the additional control of performance of customs formalities.

11.In unpacking and packing of his exhibits the Exhibitor may take assistance offered by the Organizer

12.If the application will be cancelled earlier, than two months prior to date of opening of the appendix, payment will be returned completely. However, if the notice about a cancelling will be received by the Organizing Committee after that period, payment will not be returned.

13.The Organizer assumes no responsibility for customs formalities.

14.The Organizer assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of the exhibits, irrespective of circumstances, when the exhibition is open to the public and the stand is served by the Exhibitor.

15.Any misunderstandings arising from the organization of the individual exhibit will be resolved by mediation without appeal to judicial decision. In case of arbitration procedure both parties will appoint their arbiters who will agree upon a mutual umpire for the case. If any one of the parties involved does not appoint its arbiter to represent it within 14 days from the date that the plaintiff appoints the arbiters or if the arbiters fail to find an umpire within 30 days from their appointment, then the arbiters and the umpire will be appointed by the President of the Russian Chamber of Foreign Trade. The arbitration will take place at the place of business of the defendant party.
