Please take into account the Organizing Committee does not grant visas itself!

TOURIST VISA

At reservation of a room at one of these Hotels or at any others, please denote you need a support for a tourist visa.

You should fill the questionnaire from the hotel and to send it back. This is perhaps the most convenient way to get a visa.

A list of hotels located near the venue of the Symposium is in the page “HOTEL ACCOMMODATION”.

BUSINESS VISA

If except the participating in the Symposium you are planning to visit some other cities in Russia, you ought to open a business visa. For reception business visa it is necessary to present the Invitation Letter (original) to Consulate of the Russian Federation in your country. Registration of such Invitation is carried out by the Organizing Committee via the Internal Affairs Ministry; the formalities may take two-three weeks. In this case   you should pay extra 30 EURO, and send the following data by e-mail about yourself to the Organizing Committee:

• a copy of your passport page, containing the following: photo, number and validity term of the passport
  (number and validity of the passport should be well visible on a copy)
• the complete name and address of your organization, phone, fax and your post-office address
• itinerary
• date of arrival/departure

Please send these data by e-mail to irvc@eltech.ru  not later than June 10, 2011.

You have to consult the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country whether they accept a fax copy of the Invitation letter. If original of the Invitation is indispensable it is necessary to let know the Organizing Committee as soon as possible for sending you this document by express mail.

Cost of the mailing should be paid at Registration.

Please inform the Organizing Committee of date and time of your arrival and departure, as well as number of flight, by e-mail.  In this case the Committee can organize your picking up at the airport.
