Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations must be sent in written form (e-mail or fax) to the PRIA-7-2004 Secretariat, Moscow, and to Viking Travel Company, St. Petersburg.

Cancellations received:
a) from 12 September - 2 October 2004 inclusive - cancellation fee of 50% of full payment;
b) from 3 October - 10 October 2004 inclusive - cancellation fee of 75% of full payment;
c) after 10 October 2004 - cancellation fee of 100% of full payment.

Note 1. No refunds are available to presenting authors.
Note 2. Registration fee is transferable to your co-author.
Note 3. Reservation changes, shortening of stay, change of hotel, change in number of persons, cancellation of one person in double room - are taken for cancellation.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deducted.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.
