Attention! Additional information to payment forms!

Transportation

• Night transfer (from 12:00 p.m. till 06:00 a.m.) + 50%
• The cost of English or German speaking guide transfer assistance is 35 EUR per transfer (70 EUR per night transfer)
• Transfer by a car is guaranteed. Transfer by a minibus is valid from 3 pax
• Travel Company Viking Co Ltd provides transfer service for PRIA-7-2004 participants.
  The participants may use on their own risk private taxis and cars for transfers between St.-Petersburg International Airport and the city and back and between railway station and hotel and back.
  Will You please be very careful.

Optional Excursions

• Group Rates are valid from 3 pax

The Total Cost includes registration fee, accommodation (type of room x number of nights) and all other services you are going to book (transfers, optional excursions, pre-and-post conference touts, etc). The Total Cost is the sum of all booking services not only registration fee. If you travel together with accompanying persons the Total Cost includes also services you are going to book for them. Please do not forget show excursions included into social program (free of charge) if you are giong to visit them.

Dear PRIA-7-2004 Participants,
Hereby we inform you that from August 10, 2004, all payments to PRIA-7-2004 could be done only via bank transfer (The Viking Co Ltd. have faced with some technical problems connected with receiving payments via credit card).
The participants who registered and sent their credit card payment forms before August 10 should be sure that their registration fee is still like early registration fee.
They may pay early registration fee via bank transfer after August 10.

A Russian Federation Tourist visa issuing procedure

Dear participants,
Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1) To fill in registration and payment forms.
2) Filled in registration and payment forms and scanned passport’s copy should be sent to both: pria2004@ccas.ru and spb@viking-travel.ru.
3) All services needed should be marked in the payment forms. The Total cost includes all services you are going to book (not only registration fee, but also: hotel, transfers, excursions, etc.).
4) The Viking Co Ltd will send you a final invoice after receiving your filled in payment form.
5) All payments could be done only via bank transfer. The Viking Co Ltd has faced with some technical problems connected with receiving payments via credit card. The participants who registered and sent their credit card payment forms before August 10 should be sure that their registration fee is still like early registration fee. Sorry for inconveniences caused.
6) After receiving the Total payment the Viking Co Ltd will send You and the Russian Federation Embassy/Consulate visa support documents (invitation, confirmation and voucher) by fax. Pay attention that the Viking Co Ltd provides Tourist visa support. The purpose of travel is tourism. The period of staying in Russia in visa support documents will be pointed exactly according to the hotel reservation and air or railway tickets arrangements.
7) Please ask the Russian Embassy or Consulate whether they need the original Tourist visa support documents. If so please include DHL Express post delivery into the Total amount. Approximate DHL price in Euro is: Europe – 55-60, the USA – 70-100, Japan – 70-100, Asia – 80-100, Africa – 100 and more.
8) Please confirm the receiving of visa support documents to the Viking Co Ltd.
9) You should have the following documents (together with invitation, confirmation and voucher sent by the Viking Co Ltd) for getting a Russian Tourist visa when You’ll go to the Russian Federation Embassy or Consulate:
- valid passport;
- 3 photos;
- 2 filled in visa application form;
- certificate of medical insurance.
The issuing of a Russian Federation Tourist visa usually takes about two weeks. Please inquire exact information from the Russian Federation Embassy or Consulate. The confirmation sent you by the Viking Co Ltd should be given you back together with an issued Russian Federation Tourist visa by the Russian Federation Embassy or Consulate. You should keep the confirmation until the end of your travel to the Russian Federation.
