Below You can download the full scientific program of the 7-th International Conference on Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis: New Information Technologies.

The registration of the participants will be organized 17 October 2004 (in the daytime) and 18 October 2004 (in the morning) as indicated in the Program in the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" to the address: 5, prof.Popov street (building No 3).

The Organizing Commitee ask you to come for the registration exactly 17 October for it will be very difficult to register all the participants (about 300 persons) 18 October in the morning before the Opening of the Conference.

All cancellations must be sent in written form (e-mail or fax) to the PRIA-7-2004 Secretariat, Moscow, and to Viking Travel Company, St. Petersburg.

Cancellations received:
a) from 12 September - 2 October 2004 inclusive - cancellation fee of 50% of full payment;
b) from 3 October - 10 October 2004 inclusive - cancellation fee of 75% of full payment;
c) after 10 October 2004 - cancellation fee of 100% of full payment.

Note 1. No refunds are available to presenting authors.
Note 2. Registration fee is transferable to your co-author.
Note 3. Reservation changes, shortening of stay, change of hotel, change in number of persons, cancellation of one person in double room - are taken for cancellation.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deducted.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Dear PRIA-7-2004 Participants,
Hereby we inform you that from August 10, 2004, all payments to PRIA-7-2004 could be done only via bank transfer (The Viking Co Ltd. have faced with some technical problems connected with receiving payments via credit card).
The participants who registered and sent their credit card payment forms before August 10 should be sure that their registration fee is still like early registration fee.
They may pay early registration fee via bank transfer after August 10.

The deadline for the submission of extended abstracts, proposals of tutorial and survey, and abstracts of exhibit descriptions for the second time has been extended to Thursday, July 15, 2004, on 24:00 GMT.

Notification of paper acceptance - before July 25, 2004.
Deadline for early registration - August 10, 2004.

The participants may use "late submission mode": to send the submission in the form "authors, title, institution" to Conference Secretariat, Moscow (pria2004@ccas.ru), before 19.07.2004 and to send by e-mail (pria2004@ccas.ru) to the Conference Secretariat or to upload the extended abstract of the paper via PRIA-7-2004 web-site http://www.eltech.ru/pria2004 before 10.08.2004. In this case they receive notification of acceptance before 21.08.2004.

Due to the many requests received by PRIA-7-2004 Secretariat, the deadline for the submission of extended abstracts, proposals of tutorial and survey, and abstracts of exhibit descriptions has been extended to Wednesday, June 30, 2004, on 24:00 GMT.
